- - - - When I wake up I'm much more stiffer than I used to be. Brushing, bathing and my morning routine takes forever. I feel like my day doesn't start until late morning when I feel like I can some what move again.

        yes, I have been writing it down and have been consistently meeting my nutrition and hydration goals as discussed previously.

        Can you quickly run me through your morning routine?
        
        well, when i wake up it takes me a while to get up because my knees are stiff, once i am able to get myself up I go brush my teeth that takes a lot out of me, Forget about shower, it not until later in the morning that i feel like i have control over my limbs again.
        
        Thank you for sharing Mr L, how about we start off our day with some of of your physio exercises, some light walking and movement. So by the time you get to you morning hygiene routine you are already used to moving around and you don't have to exert as much energy as you will be warmed up? and in a weeks time we can see if it has helped you or not ?

        Here are some interventions we can follow to fast forward you day.
        1) Connect you to home care psw to assist with your morning routine.
        2)Bath, oral care later in the morning when you feel like you are ready to go.
        
        I can do those thing myself, it just take me longer.
    - - No weakness really, just very stiff, but as i start to move it gets better.
        
        are you keeping you mobility aid close to your bed ?
        
        Yes, I dont like using it but i understand that it helps me
        
        Any dizziness in the morning ?
        
        No dizziness, nor do i well weakness
