What is a didactic planning?

It is the group of activities which the professor foreses, chooses and organizes formal learning spaces with the aim to make better conditions to achieve specific objectives.

Didactic planning process:

There are two ways to make didactic plannings:

The first way follows a didactic planning; it starts and finishes in the achievement of a predetermined curriculum proposition.

The second way not only plans didactic activities to the study programs but it also emphasizes the socio cultural content.

Choosing one

Choosing one of these ways is going to depend on the educative intentions or situations and the curriculum perspective assumed by the country, a region or an institution.

The professor has to evaluate the pedagogical strategy, understood as the science and art of combine and coordinate actions to achieve an objective.

How to fulfill the selected objectives?

Areas, contents or themes are going to depend specially on the annual planning. Those one are divided firstly from annual planning, then bimonthly plan, then monthly plan and finally weekly plan.

Objectives are characteristics of being functional, expressing clearly and precise behavior changes.

Selected objectives are stablished in the specific activities design, are done at the end of the class and are within weekly planning.
