- - - - Performing simple tasks for myself such as brushing my teeth or bathing. Its been taking me longer than usual to get things done for myself.
        
        How long have you been feeling like this?
        
        its been a few months now.
        
        I am ashamed of myself looks down to the floor I don't have the same strength as I use too.
        
        What are your strengths?
        
        I understand it can be frustrating to not be able to perform tasks on your own. What are the things you need help doing at home?

        I know you may not want to bother anyone for help since you are not use to asking for help. Lets figure out what you need help with so in that way we can find ways to help you only perform those specific tasks.
        
        That sounds great, that really takes of the load of my shoulders.
        
        Is there a particular time in the day you need help?
        
        I find myself to have more energy in the mornings
        
        I'm not really sure what my strengths are, just feel like I've gotten weaker as time goes on.
        
        When did you notice these changes with yourself?
        
        Its hard to say, Its been awhile, maybe a few months now.
    - - I am having trouble doing things on my own and do not want add weight on my husband's shoulders. Its very upsetting because I use to be able to do these things on my own.
        
        Have you talked about these feelings with your spouse?
        
        No, I haven't told him about the things I was struggling with. I don't want him to worry about me.
        
        Sometimes having someone to listen may help ease the stress or frustration. They may also know how to help you as well.
        
        I have not had the opportunity to really talk about this with anyone, but it would be nice to talk about these things that are bothering me.
        
        Are you receiving any additional supports at home?
        
        No, not at the moment. I have been trying to do things on my own
        
        Its good to hear you are trying your best to do things on your own.
        
        I understand that I may not be able to do things by myself but it can be frustrating.
        
        I know change isn't easy to accept. The important part is that you trying your best and understanding when to reach out for help. Its important to know your limits and your capabilities in performing tasks.
        
        Have you thought about getting help from others?
        
        Not really sure where or who to reach out too.
