Supply: Aggregating regionally produced items (300 mi radius from hub): fruits, vegetables, proteins, dry grains, and minimally processed items (IQF or canned beans)
Markets: Focused primarily on supporting Values-based procurement for Institutional Markets (Schools, Universities, FSMC, Healthcare and Community/Congregate organizations) and local sourcing focused retail (i.e. co-ops)
