The Human Body, Nervous System, sadds, Reproductive System - Coggle Diagram
The Human Body
The Digestive System
-
-
Liver- Produces bile that aids in the diagram of fatty foods that stores food that arrives from the esophagus and fillters blood coming from the digestive tract.
-
-
-
Gall Bladder-Stores bile produced by the liver until it is needed to break down fatty food in the small intestine.
-
-
Large intestine- Revives waste from the small intestine it arbors any remaining water and transmits waste for elimination
Small intestine- Breaks down food into even smaller parts using enzymes from the panaceas and bile from the and where most nutrients are absorbed here.
Immune System
-
-
Skin- Dead outer layer of skin that forms a shield against invaders,
White Blood Cells-White cells attack on invaders and will enter the body tissue if invaders are detected
Phagocytes-White blood cells that are responsible for eating foreign particles by engulfing them it breaks them down in organelles called lysosomes.
T-cells- Cells that recognize infected human cells and cancer cells and will attack these cells and continue to look for more cells.
The Inflammatory Response-Injured body cells release chemicals histamines which begin inflammatory response,
-
Cicrulatory System
-
-
Blood- Made up of white and red cells, plasma and plateles
-
The Endocrine System
Pituitary gland-main gland which controls growth, sexual development, and water absorption into the kidneys
-
Adrenal-Is on top of the kidneys that regulate water and salt balances, and fight allergies and produce adrenaline
-
Respiratory System
Nasal Cavity-Small hair of fibers that are desgined to capture possible physical invaders like dust and pollen
-
-
Lungs- A sponge like organ that is good at creating a tremendous surface area and needs for all the alveoil
The Muscular System
Involuntary muscle- Muscle movement that occurs when the muscle contracts without thinking about it or the movement happens automatically
-
Cardiac Muscles- Found inside your heart when the muscles contracts it is a involuntary or automatic and when it does it pumps blood through the body.
Smooth Muscles Tissue-Is found inside of organs including the stomach and the intestines the muscles grind and churn and moves food through the body and it is involuntary..
Skeletal Muscle Tissue-This muscle attaches to the bones in the skeletal system and when it contracts it pulls on the bone to move the body which makes it a voluntary action.
-
Skeletal System
Support- Without our skeleton we would not be able to stand and none of our other body systems would work without it.
