Smoking causes an increase in Heart rate and Blood pressure by Damaging the Walls of your blood vessels causing a type of fat to accumulate within your blood vessels with will make them nore narrow causing your blood presure to rise
Many ways that you can treat or prevent High blood pressure at home is by changing your lifestyle to cut down on harmful substances and give your body what it needs to function As best it can
- A change of diet to include less salt
- get regular physical activity

Unchangable factors
- Race or ethnicity- People of african decent develop high blood pressure more often than white people, Hispanics, Asians, Pacific Islanders, American Indians, or Alaska Natives do. Compared with white people, black people also develop high blood pressure earlier in life
- Gender- Women are about as likely as men to develop high blood pressure at some point during their lives.
- Age- Because your blood pressure tends to rise as you get older
