Awake REASONS:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I woke up early for work.
Tuesday and Thursday, I just casually woke up at this time as I am used to being up early for work.
Asleep REASONS:
After I get home from school, I just typically get super tired from everything that's happened with work, school, and my mental health. I would just go straight to bed and start over my similar patterns of lifestyle.

Workout REASONS:
I didn't work out as much as I wanted for this week, as I was constantly tired from work and/or didn't have time in between to work out. I personally don't like to work out at night time, since I am a young woman who walks home at night time. So I would like to work out in the mornings, which I am planning to do this upcoming weekend.

Heartrate REASONS:
I believe that my heart rate is somewhat abnormal because I would wake up and then throughout the day it "normal" out. Then when it comes to the rushing, I would speed walk then my heart rate would go up and slowly steady down after catching my breath.

The reasons I stand so much is because of my two jobs, often consisting of 6-8 hours per job with no breaks of seating unless I am at school. I even stand or walk around when I am out of class and/or heading to my other class.
