Worked from 7:30 pm-11:10 am. Then went to the store & walked around for 30mins.
Walked to and from school 2:30 pm-5:00 pm.
Tuesday:
Worked out from 8:00 am-9:00 am on legs and backs. Walked to and from school from 10:25 am-7:45 pm. Between those timelines, I was mostly sitting at the Library from 12:45 pm-4:00 pm.

Heartrate REASONS:
I believe that my heart rate is somewhat abnormal because I would wake up and then throughout the day it "normal" out. Then when it comes to the rushing, I would speed walk then my heart rate would go up and slowly steady down after catching my breath.

Workout REASONS:
I didn't work out as much as I wanted for this week, as I was constantly tired from work and/or didn't have time in between to work out. I personally don't like to work out at night time, since I am a young woman who walks home at night time. So I would like to work out in the mornings, which I am planning to do this upcoming weekend.
