        Logan points out that Wendel should have just pretended to be his father, they would have welcomed him on board.
        
        Wendel is caught changing the trajectory of the plane, and to cover he claims he is the illusive prince. Both Logan and Ilya facepalm but it's too late- the crew is invested and now Logan and Ilya must make it work.

        On the eve of thier triumphant ball, Demetri tries to leave, believing he is leaving her to her best life. Proving his love is finally selfless
        
        Anastasia chooses to marry the man who believed in her.
    - - Demetri wants Anastasia to be recognized for her own merits- he no longer wants recognition or rewards for himself, though he finds this unfamiliar
