Script
The news presenters will follow the script of what needs to be said and at what time. Also directions will be given such as actions and the way they say words of phrases.

When there is a video of an event being shown, the script will say when it will be shown

Storyboard
It will be used to show the sequence of the news programme and include information under each box that includes the length of that scene, any camera angles, and camera shots.
Time constraints
The planning needs to be ready and sorted for when the news programme is aired as they can't mess up because the programme is live.
