this is a economic crisis as it is to do with money as men are getting paid more that what women get on the same rank or same job
Positives- A positives of women getting paid the same are the economic boost overall of the world it will also benefit the business itself because the women will work harder which then can lead the business to compete with other business
Negatives- however it may cost the business more because more women would want to join that business because of the pay that they get
it may be challenging to set p because it needs to be a whole vote fom everyone so each business in the world would have to change he salary for the women
all across the world men get paid more than what women do while women work harder and do more hours than what men do. its also the same in sport as in football men in the premier league get around £100,000 a week while women get £47,000 a year.

sport is the most watched category in the world however its really them just showcasing men football and not the women's
this is a political and technological because the sport in women don't have the chance to get as much money as what the men get so its unfair and this is all down to how many games are live in each sport
advantages- the women will gain more money for their sport
also it will encourage more girls to do sports which then make the sport grow in many different ways
my evidenced is that sky sports will showcase any women football games so people can actually see when their playing

Strength- It will get more women involved, for example in the men sport is managerial coach are all men however even in the women sport their all mostly men as well
It would be good to give the women to actually see how well they can do, and it will also attract many more women.
weaknesses- Women may not like the idea of the whole thing and they may not do it.
There may be less chance for many people to get in because so many people are doing it.
opportunities- More staff will be employed so there will be less people who are unemployed
threats- The business will have to pay more money which will encounter for the business to go bankrupt

As we've seen over the last few years there have been more women officials in sports, but there still aren't many, each sport will see a massive advantage of bringing more women officials into the sport.
This can increase to bigger occasions such as the world cups or the super bowl.
