cons: strategies tend to be generalized over the whole organization especially in same performance- based divisions, it limits flexibility for specific branches in different areas.

Pros: It is quite flexible and teams can change easily, collaboration between departments is good, communication isn't too bad, a cross functional team can be made specific to certain locations to support needs.
cons: team members may not know who their manager is due to large structure, members given conflicting instructions, managers have different leadership demotivating employees, competition can start up.
