- - - - Pyotr Petrovich Luzhin (Dunya's Fiance)
      - Attitude: arrogant, opinionated, rich, phony, has some compassion but not a lot, likes to have a lot of control, trying to compensate about how insecure he is, and he is trying to seem self-important, extremely affable until someone insults him or his pride and then he doesn't talk and kind of just sits there, he takes action that have happened after his words and uses them against people kind of like a lawyer, he is a manipulative liar.
        
        Beliefs: That economics is more important and that everyone should do buy and have thongs for themselves and to not share anything with anyone else because buying things will then help your neighbor get things as well.
        
        Mannerisms: He is very talkative about a subject he is passionate about; he has a fragile ego, and he winces whenever someone does some sort of damage to it, when he is angry, he blames the people around him and not himself
        
        Habits: Shopping for new clothes, looking up people and knowing where they are and their pasts (lawyer thing).
    - - behavior: quiet, calm, thinker, a lot like her brother but she doesn't have the personality switches, she can get angry when someone disrespects her brother, she tried to kill Svigrideilov, she marries Razumikhin.
        
        Beliefs: She is marrying Petrovich for herself, her mother, and her brother, that Raskolnikov didn't commit the murder.
        
        Mannerisms: pacing around.
        
        Habits: pacing around, calming her mother down, she is not a killer, but she will attempt to shoot someone if she is defending herself and her brother.
    - - Attitude: non-chalant, can be animated, tells the truth but in a vague sort of way, trickster/manipulative.
        
        Behavior: pretty chill, knows how to tell facts to his advantage and gets people to give messages for him because of it, does not dispute rumors he likes them, so he has either a thrill for reputational danger or he has a superiority complex, when under the influence of wine, he is more impulsive and irrational.
        
        Beliefs: he says that he doesn't love Dunya, but he seems to love Dunya, sees the ghost of his dead wife, the 'Great Man Theory'
        
        Mannerisms: when he doesn't want to talk about something he becomes very irritated, says he doesn't drink wine as he then proceeds to drink wine, suicidal, acts very irrational when Dunya is around.
        
        Habits: beating people (supposedly), going to a tea house and relaxing there for hours, talking to himself, thinking about Dunya, trying to give money to people with young daughters because he is a pedophile and wants to see the children.
  - - - Behavior: sharp tongued and eyed, strong willed, is very suspicious of people.
        
        Mannerisms: She beats her sister, protects her money, scammer, pawnbroker, is dead now.
  - - - Beliefs: He beliefs that his killing is fate and not by his design, free will, contradictory, there is something like fate, but he doesn't have faith, has some underlying faith in religion that he is suppressing, utilitarianism, that suffering is going to have to be a major part of his life, that his pride was hurt because he didn't commit the murder to his level of satisfaction.
        
        Mannerisms: perceptive, he walks around he is very sporadic at times, he talks to himself about everything, he watches other peoples' moods and behaviors and manipulates them accordingly like they are tools to be used, he contradicts what he says, and he doubles himself a lot, he was jealous of the other prisoners because they kept looking at Sonya.
        
        Habits: walking around, planning his murder, talking to himself, listening in on conversations, noticing things, manipulating people to be used for himself as tools.
  - - - Beliefs: people should behave a certain way towards others, Luzhin is a bad person.
        
        Mannerisms: very uptight about people should act, when there is silence she is the first to talk.
        
        Habits: Stressed about anything relating to her son.
  - - - Behavior: She just stands in the background and waits her turn to speak unless she is really excited, she does what she is told without complaint, she is very patient with her employers, she is less patient with the guests that visit (specifically Razuimkihin).

        Mannerisms: Cooking/cleaning, taking care of Raskolnikov, very uptight in posture and mind.
        
        Habits: cooks and cleans the apartments, goes out to do shopping and other things for the apartments, she mainly works in the kitchen cooking where the axe is.

        Attitude: small and weak, but she seems to be the one who acts the most human out of all her family.
      - Polenka
        
        Attitude: quiet, does what her mother and sister tell her to do, efficient.
        
        Behavior: quiet, efficient, small, is quick to do what she is told, has childhood innocence, likes people who help her family.
        
        Beliefs: orthodox religion.
        
        Mannerisms: prays.
        
        Habits: prays.
      - the little brother
        
        Attitude: quiet, mechanical, knows his place.
    - - Behavior: is a prostitute, helps pay for the house that she doesn't live in, tries to keep her cleanliness, is nervous around men probably because of her prostitution, is a worrier, tries to keep what is socially accepted of her but also is going against the social order of things, followed Raskolnikov to prison, started being the middleman for the prisoners.
        
        Mannerisms: She tries to keep a clean home and self, acts very small, she looks towards the floor when she is talking to people, wants to try and stay socially acceptable, cries and weeps a lot.
        
        Habits: prostitution, taking care of her family especially her father, checking in on the family, keeping herself and her house clean.
        
        beliefs: Russian orthodox church, she has something like her family to give her meaning in her life and to keep moving forward, she is suffering for God.
    - - Attitude:rationalist, always flaunts his opinions and knowledge about different things.
        
        Behavior: quick to anger when he feels threatened, caring, tries to help by talking but he doesn't do it very well.
        
        Beliefs: women and men are equal, but not entirely, communes are a good thing, marriages are bad.
        
        Mannerisms: he likes to talk about philosophical ideas, panicking.
        
        Habits: trying to take care of Sonya.

        Mannerisms: She leaves the window closed and the doors open and that lets bad things into their home because of her last remaining piece of pride, she washes her children and husband's clothes at night because she hates uncleanliness.
        
        Habits: She beats her kids and her husband; she likes to have a clean home, so she cleans a lot. She speaks highly of herself because of her pride.

        Mannerisms: He talks a lot, he is protective of his alcohol, he smiles while he is being beaten, and he talks about his daughter as a sort of saint.
        
        Habits: drinks, gets beaten by his wife, and spends all of their money on alcohol.

        Attitude: isn't reading the facts about the murder right (according to Razumikhin), merry and jolly,
        
        Behavior: Smart, but lacks the ability to make higher reason connections (according to Razumikhin), likes playing mind games with his friends, is really good a reverse psychologically bending people.
        
        Beliefs: not the "great man theory", not 1/2 belief and 1/2 not belief in socialist utopia.
        
        Mannerisms: when he is scared or uncomfortable, he repeats himself and he laughs a lot.
        
        Habits: walking around his office at a quick.
      - was chasing Nikolai around and blocking the entry way where the police were trying to go to and see about the murder.
    - - Behavior: quick thinker, likes to have fun with his friend, wants to take the fall for the murder, strong, quick and a loud speaker under pressure.
