old day i would have said Communiucations

But in todays world flat communication is not enough

Communication must have a purpose

first step of communication is that you ahve something to say

second is that what ever you say is reaching the target audiance you wish to communicate with

Third is that you target market is reading, listing or watching your communication

and4 and last is the you target is feeling some internal change in themselves and is now ready to take some action.

every plain business owner is not an entrepreneur

They first analyse, asses and select a problem to solve

Sometime the problem can be as small as increasing the number of views on a marketing video

Then they design experiments and run those experiments

Most of the experiments fail

But a true entrepreneur know the in order to have big success they need 100 or 1000 of small successes

And to get any small success they must be ready to fail a 100 times.

So you see its just a mind set the entrepreneual mindset

any one can have this mindset, even a manager or a junior employee.

They are ready to execute on their own, build networks and manage themselves in high-risk, high-stress situations

So what I do is

Rather than thinking of creative solutions to the problem

I make a list of 100 places where at each place, I find multiple solutions to my problem

Example the problem is to get more customer to buy my product

Rather than talking to each client one by one

I will make a list of places where each of this places, will contain and audience of 100 or 1000 of my potential customers

By doing this I no more stressing to solve the problem WHILE staying in a BOX

but I m concentrating on collaborating and implementing multiple solutions to tackle the same problem

This approach pushes me to go out and network and recognise potential partners and take their interview tap into their audience to get more customers and if all fails then run ads on to show to their audiance

People dont leave their jobs

they leave their bosses and manger

so learning to treat people right and get work done from them is a high level skill

Remember that just like everyone else you also have jus 24 hours in a day.

So the olny way to add more number of hours in a day is by having more number of people working on the same project simultaneously

But just adding more number of people will not work

You will have to be a great peoples manager to get the work done and keep your projects on time

If you are able to extend this skill out side your team also then you become a super hero

Ask for help and be a great people person

And you will see your network grow and support you and your projects

All my life I have seen people hating sales and sales jobs
