- - - - Behavior is normally understood as the way in which a living being responds to stimuli in its environment, whether it does so consciously or unconsciously, voluntarily or involuntarily, proportionately or not.
        In everyday speech, this term usually implies a more or less permanent or defining condition, that is, an individual has a certain behavior or way of behaving, and we usually expect it to always be more or less in the same way.
        
        However, behavior is actually influenced by various mediate or immediate factors, of the genetic, social, cultural, psychological, economic and affective order.
        
        Depending on the specific perspective from which behavior is studied or analyzed, we will have more or less specialized definitions of it, coming from psychology, statistics, politics, biology, etc.
        
        In each case, an attempt is made to understand the set of evident behavior patterns of individuals, as a way of understanding their motivations, their desires, their characteristics.
- - - - How does a dominant person behave?
        A dominant person projects their energy into the world and uses reason to achieve their goals. You are dependable, tenacious, demanding, power oriented, and can be aggressive in ways. Here are the people who like to say what the rest has to do.
        How does a distant person behave?
        Emotionally distant people are part of those who attract the most attention when interacting with the rest, since their ways of approaching human relationships tend to stand out from the first minutes of conversation or non-verbal communication in general.
- - - - When they can't foresee a problem, proactives move by looking for any possible improvement to the situation, instead of complaining while waiting for the solution to fall from the sky.
        As an example, think of the professional who is constantly on the go, participating in conversations, leading groups and situations (not necessarily in management positions), to keep processes flowing smoothly and smoothly.
        
        Proactive people don't sit around waiting for things to magically happen: they get up and make it happen.
        In addition, the sense of responsibility develops in a very interesting way, since there is no affirmation: "that problem is not mine."
        Negative problems are seen as the responsibility of the team as a whole and not as a burden to be exposed and cause demotivation.
