- - - - To be effective in negotiation, a series of knowledge and skills are required, such as: interpersonal relationship skills, knowledge of your own business and the technology of the negotiator.
        The negotiation process can be analyzed in three stages:
        
        Planning: includes diagnosis, strategy and tactics.
        
        Face to Face Negotiation: contains its own stages.
        
        Subsequent analysis: includes the analysis of the results of the process.
        
        Negotiation is a procedure, in which two or more people who have common interests, try to reach an agreement on those points in which they do not agree, with the intention of resolving the differences and reaching a beneficial agreement for both parties.
        The 5 phases of the Negotiation:
        
        PREPARATION. Without preparation there is no result.
        
        EXPLORATION.
        
        PROPOSAL.
        
        EXCHANGE.
        
        AGREEMENT.
- - - - Macroeconomics usually uses the principles of microeconomics to explain the behavior of its aggregates, and microeconomics can analyze how macroeconomic changes have effects on the behavior of individual economies.
        Macroeconomics focuses on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), that is, on the productive sum of a country, while microeconomics deals with the consumption of a particular organization.

        According to Martín (1994), the elements of any negotiation are information, time, power, unity, the negotiating philosophy and the organization.
- - - - When does it affect you? You lose purchasing power when prices go up and you gain purchasing power when prices go down. But it is not possible to talk about purchasing power without also delving into "inflation", which changes the value of prices and impacts the country's currency over time.
      - Purchasing power is determined through analysis of the real value of money. In other words, if today I can buy a certain good with a certain amount of money, and over time that amount of money is not enough to buy the same good, then the purchasing power will have decreased.

        Understand what the other party wants.
        
        Know the strengths and weaknesses of the other party.
        
        Identify the person most responsible.
        
        Stay calm.
        
        Reach an agreement.
        
        Look for a satisfying ending for everyone.
