How to Make Bleeding Cupcakes

Prepare the dry ingredients

Prepare wet ingredients

Cream the butter and sugar

Alternate adding dry and wet ingredients

Pre-heat oven and line cupcake tin

Add batter to lined cupcake pan.

Bake and allow to cool

Prepare icing and ganache

Cut holes in cake, add ooze, decorate

Cut and watch it bleed

Angle phone to show oven timer, set oven to 375. Switch view to cupcake pan and line with cupcake foils.

Place phone over big bowl, adding in flour, salt, baking powder,. Wisk together until combined.

Put buttermilk in a bowl, set out until room temperature. Add vanilla extract

Show camera above another bowl, add in both sugar and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy, and a solid color.

Place phone camera to the side of the bowl, alternating adding wet and dry, mixing between each.

Change camera so show tray, add 1/4 cup batter to each liner.

Black screen, saying to bake for 10-14 minutes, then show baked and cooled cupcakes.

Show making the icing, whisking the ingredients together. Show the strawberry filling, put both in piping bags.

Carve small holes in the top of each cupcake, pour in red glaze, cover with a bit of cake. Frost each one to hide the holes.

Show cupcake on a tray, cut into it and watch it bleed.
