The elderly 51+ need more protien, carbohydrates, fiber, Iron and vitamin C in small portions, a lot of portions
Pregnant women they cant drink alcohol, can't smoke, should eat a lot of protien, fibre, calcium, Iron, eat not lightly cooked eggs and avoiding to much weight.
adults from 19-50 should limit salt intake to 6g at the moment its around 10g which is way to much. Limit alcohol, avoid foodas and drinks with high sugar levels and high fat levels.
