        American with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination in various fields.
        
        Title I of ADA - prohibits private employers, state and local governments, employment agencies and labor unions from discriminating against qualified individuals with disabilities in applying for jobs, hiring, firing and job training.

      - Facts
        
        USA - the percent of the population who are unemployed and actively looking for work: in 2020 it was 12.6% for people with disabilities, compared to 7.9% for non-disabled people.
        
        USA - For graduates of four-year colleges, the employment rate, for both men and women, is 89.9%. For college graduates with disabilities, the employment rate is 50.6%.
        
        USA and UK - Employees with disabilities have better retention rates, increased productivity and less absenteeism.

        High School dropouts are 13 percent more likely to get divorced (US)
        
        In 2021, there were 113,505 divorces granted in England and Wales, a 9.6% increase compared with 2020 when there were 103,592 divorces. Higher figures in 2021 might be due to delayed proceedings/effect from Covid-19
        
        60 percent of cohabiting couples will eventually marry. However, living together prior to marriage can increase the chance of getting divorced by as much as 40 percent. (US)

      - More Women in Masters/Doctorate studies compared to Men. Most likely because Women benefit more from a masters rather than Men. Furthermore, it is too boost their employability since men with similar qualifications get employed easier
