        2) optic nerve, relay messages from your eyes to your brain to create visual images. They play a crucial role in your ability to see. Millions of nerve fibres make up each optic nerve. Damage to an optic nerve can lead to vision loss in one or both eyes
        
        3) oculomotor nerve, movement of the eye muscles, constriction of the pupil, focusing the eyes and the position of the upper eyelid. Cranial nerve III works with other cranial nerves to control eye movements and support sensory functioning
