He paints a picture of a deeply flawed society that promises a path to success and happiness, but instead leads to a dead-end for many.
Thus, the characters he created (side + Willy)
Throughout the play, Willy Loman, the main character, is seen struggling to find success and satisfaction in life despite his efforts.
Willy consistently in the play has many amusing utopic senories, which are imposible to reach.
Thus, he wants to earn money efficently and just enough to be able to retire. Morover, he would be able to achive his utopian dreams.
The American Dream becomes a guiding mythology as an atrective force for Willy in order to continue his work.
Additionaly, Willy's stubornnes on having good relationships in the buisness world is an element exclusive to Willy.
Willy Loman's interactions with his family, Howard, and Charley highlight the criticism of the American Dream.
