      - education → measured by mean years of schooling and expected years of schooling
      - How is it measured:
        Countries with HDI > 0.8 = high
        Countries with HDI 0.71< HDI < 0.799 = high
        Countries with 0.535 < HDI < 0.71 = medium
        Countries with 0.5 < HDI = low
      - DISADVANTAGES:

        infant mortality could be more preferable to life expectancy
        
        Could use HPI (human poverty index)
      - Human poverty index (HPI) : Those living below the poverty line.

        high age for fertility + fewer children = higher living standard

        Description: not enough people to use existing land, capital and other resources efficiently
