The HRA process comprises seven activities basic ✅

  • Human resource planning.
  • The recruitment.
  • Socialization (orientation).
  • Training and development.
  • The evaluation.
  • Promotions, transfers, deaths,
    layoffs.

Process dedicated to obtaining,
maintaining and improving talent,
effort, experiences, health, knowledge,
abilities, etc., of the members of an organization.

1.4. Executives, Generalists and
Staff Specialists

Generalist: its functions are more directed to maintain in an organized way the registration and control of the personnel of the company, verifying that all the requirements are met of law.

Executives are high-level managers who report directly to the chief executive of the company or to the director of a major division

A specialist can be a manager or director of one of the eight functional areas of resource management humans.
