High fever (often >39°C), chills, severe frontal headache, and severe muscle aches and pains, Conjunctival suffusion (dilated conjunctival vessels without inflammation or purulent discharge) is ,pathognomonic of leptospirosis (third or fourth day of illness) ,Subconjunctival hemorrhage ,GI symptoms: abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea ,Respiratory symptoms: sore ,throat, cough, dyspnea and chest pain ,Rash (10-30%): erythematous macules, maculopapular,urticarial, petechial, or purpura
