        This has pros in the fact that it can be near impossible to crack brute force (due to the amount of characters) and cannot be geussed via social engineering)
        
        However, this has cons in the idea that it contains dicitonary words which can be cracked easier
        
        This can be fixed via adding speical characters, etc.

    - - However, discovering that a password violate the policies is incredibly difficult, as not even the company knows your passwords, hence why your password can only be reset, not rediscovered
      - However, data breaches can occur in which hackers may sell and or list passwords online.
        
        Other hackers, can use these passwords in attacks, and if they have your email (and the password is used multiple times) use it across multiple accounts
  - - - This means a company cannot fire an employee for whistleblowing, etc.
    - - The person who broke the policy is therefore liable
