        Multi-media and audio tours can be delivered to mobile phones, MP4 players and handheld computers that visitors bring with them. This can greatly reduce the set-up and running costs for a site manager, and is particularly useful at sites that are not staffed.
        
        The new generation of mobile phone tours are extremely flexible and can generate automativ evaluation feedback.
        
        Once created, the same digital content can be presented through a range of media including touchscreens, mobile phones and webistes and can avoid the need for permanent installations such as panels.
