Flow means you can not realise that how time passed while you are doing anything
The conditions of being flow are person must be concentrating, but be clearly defined goal and need to have some control over the activity.
The developer of the Flow Theory is Mihaly Csikzsentmihalyi.
We can not be in flow all time.
The surfing on internet or watching Tv means not be in the Flow.
People are more aware of their environment than others and not afraid of the unknown.
Self Theory means the athlete need to run to do sports. If people can not do this, they feel really and restless.
People mostly accept of other's wrong.

The theory which explains people need to live was created by Abraham Maslow.
They differ in how they view the world and how they react both events.
Optimist people see good outcomes as a result of their own abilities or efforts and poor outcomes as a caused by external forces.
He devides people into two categories: Optimist and pessimist.
They don't leave their efforts against bad things.
They are creative
Maslow believe that the major barrier of people reaching self actualization is society and it is rules.
Pessimist are just opposite.
If pessimist and optimist people live both events, optimist people react very positive for this reason optimist can improve their level of happiness but If both pessimist and optimist people live the same events, optimist people react very positive, for this reason optimist people can improve their level of happiness but pessimis people think that this happened because of themselves
