Individu dikatakan cuba mengatributkan kejayaan/kegagalan mereka kepada faktor tertentu
tiga Aspek:
-sama ada faktor itu dalaman/luaran
-Sama ada faktor itu stabil atau tidak
-Sama ada faktor tersebut boleh dikawal atau tidak

Assignment of causes is not done randomly, rules exist
