Depression
Causes: No single cause, mainly cause by genetic, psychological and biological factors, major stress in a persons life
Symptoms: Sad despairing mood, changes in appetite, sleep problems, fatigue, loss of touch with reality
Causes: Precise cause unknown, genetic factors seem to be the main cause
Manic Phase: feeling of grandeur, more talkative, racing thoughts, easily distracted
