Ohm's law

Ohm's law state the relationship between current, voltage and resistance. The current flowing in a conductor is proportional to the voltage across it. Ohms-Law-Triangle

V a I (greater potential causes graeter current)
V - (V) Volt I - (A) Ampere R - (Ω) Ohm

series and pararell circuit

Series circuit

In a series circuit, all components are connected end-to-end to form a single path for current flow. ดาวน์โหลด

Pararell Circuit

In a parallel circuit, all components are connected across each other with exactly two electrically common nodes with the same voltage across each component. v4-460px-Solve-Parallel-Circuits-Step-5-Version-3.jpg

Resistance

resistors in series

Resistors in the series cause more resistance to the current. Combined resistance equals the sum of all resistances. Also called Efficient resistance or Total resistance. ( Rt = R1+R2+R3+...Rn)

resistors in pararell

The combined resistance is smaller than the smallest resistor.
(1/Rt = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 +... 1/Rn)

Resistor

IC - Intergrated Circuit (Microship)

Resistor limit the level of currents that passes through it in order for other components to work properly. The value of the resistor is marked on it by a color code. Resistors that work with high currents are physically bigger.

has very high resistance in one direction. The current can only flow in the other direction.

Works the same as diode, has light when current passes though it.

have tree leads ; emitter, collector, base. The basr controls the transistor.Transistor works an electronic switch or an amplifier.

used to detect light levels. Their resistance decreases changes according to light increases. In low light ,LDR has high resistance. In bright light ,LDR has low resistance.

are used as temoerature, for example, in fire alarms.Their resistance decrease changes according to temperature increases.

can store an electrical charge for a period of time. The larger the capacitance the more charge it can store.

These are tiny circuits attached to a piece of the silicon or chip in a plastic packpage.
