they dont see the problem its making for the environment
theres also nowhere to put the rubbish.

Wealthy people dont see the impact on their community because they already have alot of money and most things they need in life, some come across as selfish and do cannot see things from poorer peoples perspectives. although there are people like this, some rich people do alot for littering and make a big part in the littering community
Rich Areas :fire:
People in rich areas do not see the impacts of littering, this is because the area they live in have the money to have litter pickers and enough recourses to keep the city clean from and rubbish or litter that they can see
Homeless 😕
Homeless people arent payed enough so they dont feel the need to help and they need to use their money or other things as they do not have a home. focusing on homeless people in low income areas, if they was in a high income area they could get a starter job as a litter picker, in low income areas this isnt a thing that alot of citys or areas have nailed down on.

Low income areas are probably the most impacted by littering as they do not have enough money or anything to do to help with any litter pickers or any people who have a focus on picking litter.
This could all be sorted diffrently in diffrent areas. Poorer areas could hire litter pickers, this would help alot of problems including littering but also a healthier community
