under Tourism Industry Act [ AAIP ] 1992

Form 32A ( Form of transfer of securities - if applicable
Form 45 (notice of situation of registered office and office hours and particulars of changes )
Form 49 ( return giving particulars in registered of directors,managers and change of particulars )
Mykad (Malaysian citizen )/ passport (non Malaysian citizen ) for holders shares and board members
Copy of company registration certificate & company license
For holder foreign company shares / equity
Copy document must be certified by Malaysian Tourism Promotion Board
Draft of the proposed travel package to be offered for the licences application.

Application procedures
1 . Complete application information in the Tourism industry licensing system (SPIP) through website www.spip.gov.my
All document must be uploaded into spip (specified in paragraph 2)
Processing fee :
Online payment (RM 100 ) for each application
Manual payment (RM100) in the form of postal order /bank draft etc
Approves application
License number will be stayed in the decision letter before sticker or license
Company shall provided <
Business premises within two 2 month from date approval letter
Paid the licensed fee
After receiving the notification letter starting the premises
Meet the criteria set by the ministry
Has meet All the conditions imposed
Premises area requirement as in appendix B :
Headquarters operating premises are structured and have a permanent address
Premises do not share with any business other than those licensed
Premises must be in commercial area and not inappropriate residential house
