Succession?
Typically Primogeniture succession- the eldest male heir child inherits all titles
Lear has no male heir, leading to the succession being unclear
Edgar is not only the legitimate son, but also the eldest, and so stands to inherit all titles. Even if Edmund was legitimate, he wouldn't inherit anything
