Liberals controlled Italy after the unification, feared socialists, anarchists and republicans.

Treaty of Versailles 1919, Italy didn't get all the land they were promised (Fiume, Northern Dalmatia and African colonies)
Italy became independent and unified in 1861, however it was the opposite from unified.
