Discussion
Physicians should consider Bartonella infection in PR3- ANCA glomerulonephritis with low complement fractions levels, lack of ENT involvement and positive immunofluorescence on kidney biopsy.
Bartonella commonly induces small vessel vasculitis which mimicked renal - limited PR3 - ANCA vasculitis with kidney involvement (in the setting of endocarditis).
