5.levels of segregation and polarisation between schools and within them- converter academies and grammar schools are particularly prone to segregation. free school are developing the same pattern of segregation. in nurseries i have worked in I have noticed that they segregate by ability, this may be helpful as this allows the children to be more challenged and each child can have more help each child with there specific needs. However at the same time placing children who may work slower with children who are faster learners could be beneficial and early years children learn through copying others so the segregation has positive and negative affects.
4.teachers level of satisfaction and personal autonomy- blaming teachers which leads to more stress when producing and giving out work which meet each unique child's needs.
