3.1 Rock Cycle
The Rock Cycle- the rock cycle is a cycle among the interactions of the earth. The process constantly makes the rocks changing over periods of time.
Sediments turn in sedimentary rocks by being compacted and cemented into sedimentary rock. Through fluids, pressure, or heat the sedimentary rocks turn into metamorphic rocks.

Metamorphic ricks can be crushed into sediments, it’s all the alternate paths of the rock cycle
-
-
Sediments are made up of weathered pieces of rock, which turn to sedimentary rock over time
3.4 Metamorphic Rocks

Foliated Rocks are rocks that are made of at least tow minerals that are banded, while non foliated are not banded with one mineral
3.2 Igneous Rocks
Intrusive Igneous Rocks
Rocks that form from hidden magma a are Intrusive Igneous Rock, , the magma cools as gradually rises soon into an igneous rock

3.3 Sedimentary Rocks
Weathering , erosion, and deposition are the main things that break down rock. Weathering breaks down rocks through physically beating it or chemically. Erosion is a part of weathering that involves ice, water, wind, and gravity. Deposition is when it all looses energy then breaks into sediments
Compaction is the process of squeezing or compacting sediments. While cementation is when dissolved minerals are squeezed into tiny spaces among sediments
Caustic Sedimentary Rocks are rocks that are made of many minerals merged together a common part of this type is clay
Chemical rocks are rocks made when dissolved minerals separate from water solution and biochemical rocks are same from dead organisms merged together into a sedimentary rock
