During the febrile phase = DF, Antipyretic may be indicated,

Critical period : on or after the third day of illness a drop in
platelets count < 100,000/ml or 1-2 platelets/oil fields a rise in
Ht > 20 % (eg. Increase from 35 % to 42 %) in grade I and Il
IVFD may be given for 12 - 24 hours High Ht, Platelets
<50,000/ml, spontaneous hemorrhage I hospitalized
Aedes aegypti life cycle
The life cycle of Aedes aegypti undergoes several stages of
complete metamorphosis, namely from eggs, larvae, cocoons
(pupa) and adult mosquitoes. Each phase of development
can be distinquished based on the anatomical and
