Information: Freedom of information is freedom of a person or people to publish and consume information.
Association and Assembly: freedom of association and assembly mean the right protects not only the right to meet but to join or form a group with like-minded people.

Two Ways Laws Are Made
Common: Common law is developed by judges on a case by case basis, building on the precedent and interpretation of earlier court decisions.
Most law are made through statutes, but the courts can make new decisions as needed
