Analyze your eating habits over the course of a week.
Research ways to eat healthier.
Add some sort of exercise to your routine.
Find new activities you enjoy like running and walking daily.
Workout routines with your friends make everything so much better than doing things alone.
Eating healthier doesn't mean dimming down on flavor.
Try finding new recipes with the same dishes you enjoy that are healthier.
Ensure there are essential vitamins and nutrients involved in your diet.
Balance out your meals with grains, vegetables, proteins, and vitamins.
Portion sizes matter as well, so keep that in mind when using recipes to meal prep for the week.
Think about these questions.
Is this what you really enjoy eating?
Are there any ways to make it healthier (i.e. new recipe)?
Are the foods I currently eat healthy?
Is this going to affect my health in the long run?
Am I getting enough nutrients?
What kinds of things do you rely on daily?
Is there at least half a gallon of water being consumed daily?
Is it adequate to my diet?
