what is the narrative
the narrative is a man playing a racing game while drinking he gets distracted by his phone going off causing him to crash in the game. this is symbolic to distractions and dangers while driving
what is the mes en scene
in the scene we will see the character sitting on a sofa the room will be slightly lite with most the light coming from the tv there will be a table with a phone and cans of beer on as well as empty beer on the floor. there will be a racing game being played which will be symbolic to the message
the structure
the story will structure with 3 parts. 1st part will be the main character playing the racing game while drinking there will be a tense build up where he's getting faster and faster.
2nd part will be the phone going off distracting our main character. 3rd part the character puts his phone down and realise he's crashed ending with statistics of car accidents.
how will this be shot
im hoping for this to be shot in my living room and will be shot from one of the cameras college can lend me
what shots will be used
the shots id like to use consists of close up mid range shots and a wide angle shot as well as a shot changing focus from a mobile phone to a tv screen
