Member can only redeem (Pay with Points) in 10,000 point increments ($10)
OMS needs to call the Loyalty solution (Eagle Eye) for settlement/final redemption when reward as tender order is shipped
OMS needs to call the Loyalty solution (Eagle Eye) for Auth-reversal if reward as tender order/order line is cancelled
OFFLINE AUTORIZATION- OMS needs to call the Loyalty solution (EagleEye) for authorization if the reward as tender order's authorization from SFCC was not successful (offline authorization)
RETURN
Any returns done via Distribution Centre, Call Centre, OMS must reverse back points on a return or exchange
Responsibility of Loyalty service for retruning back the points when certin that the points are awarded with the original purchase
API
Where a transaction is not fulfilled on tender, the completion of the transaction will be completed on fulfillment, via API between the fulfillment solution and EE
