1.Observe students and identify who is struggling in the classroom
What type of issues studnetnts perform
For how long such issues are performed
Is there is a gap in academic progress between student and rest of the peers
2.Make a protocol, reference students achievements or issues in the classroom, and reference students' data
3.Report student to support teacher and councilor
4.Identify possibilities to discuss students' performance and findings with parents
Contact parents to discuss if the student was diagnosed with any potential disability that can affect his/her learning progress
Parents do not think their child need support
Teachers and school try to adjust instructional techniques to provide maximum possible support. Support teacher help in classroom
Keep informing parent regarding students' progress or issues
Parents acknowledge student need for additional support

There will babe not much of subject teacher participation. Parents, school councillor, special educators and representatives will run the process.
