B arrives

Though B is upset with everything, he then takes a sick liking to the orb

B takes the orb and admits to H of not mentioning of Kumandra's magic hoping H would stay focused on the mission and not on his dreams of adventure

H adds even still, the orb can provide the much needed edge against TLD
B gets annoyed with H's excuse of getting distracted with the nyen and tosses it in the chef's basket believing it'll help H be less distracted next time
H runs away
We cut to B and H having breakfast with the officers but H isn't interested in their chat of conquest and exotic meats
H slips out of the mess hall, saves his spider and names him Quincy

B admits H is correct but because of how the world is changing if Britan doesn't get Kumandra someone else will and ruin it worse
Though H sees B's angle, he still isn't thrilled with B's statement

Act 2
H survives the storm

However, H encounters one of the beasts feasting on his horse

Scared out of his wits, H runs downhill until he spots the glow of a fire
However, he stumbles into a ravine and crashes into R S and K's campsite
H runs into R S and K

Seeing the growing divide forming in the group, R pulls S and K aside for a group meeting
-
However, due to the strange noise outside, R is unable to focus on the growing tension between S and K
While distracted, K banishes H causing a fight between S and K
In the conflict, S ices K's face shocking R back into reality
With K injured in her arms, R is stunned at what S has become

The Flood
-
-
Fearing for the worst, S and K run back to the shelter only to find the knife defaced causing K to demand they leave the island now
In addition, the ravine begins to flood dousing the fire
Holding the last burning log, the two pack up where S dons her big hat but doesn't share R's hat with K
As S guides the flood towards the waters, she demands that they need to find R
K disagrees saying R was going crazy, she was already bringing them down, and he is glad she ran off and perished somewhere
S grabs K by the face and pins him down on the deck screaming at him what she'll do if he trashes R's name
However, when seeing the fear of death in his eyes, S feels ashamed for the act

She loves R like an older sister but realizes the mission can't count on her, but at least she herself feels glad for knowing her
S then pulls out R's hat as she begins tearing up and to K's surprise, S puts it on K's head
Embracing him tightly, S balls out she feels so terribly sorry for hurting him as she wails about being cursed to live forever alone
Reaching the shoreline, S looks back and gives R her best eulogy
The hunter

Though frustrated with the delay, K admits R could've done it to him too before siding with S
However, S spots a wye chasing after something back on the island
-

K points towards a rocky outcropping exclaiming the wye is heading that way as S alters course and begins climbing up the steep cliff leading up to it
-
S gallops towards R but R appears greatly inconvenienced to see her as she waves her hands and tries to mouth back to get away
-

We cut to her, sword drawn and on the hunt, N begins taunting R as she searches for her
Realizing they haven't been spotted, K motions to S they slit up around the persuer
Continuing her taunt, N is about to look over R's spot when K and S attack from both sides as S screams to R to get to the ship which she turns to see in the distance

Though R tries to fight, N seems to know her every move and slams her on the ground
But just as N cuffs her and about to activate some device, a huge shadow falls over her

The wye
-
-
-
Aaaa - S screams as she whips around and fires ice chunks at the creature before freezing the beaked face lunging for her
However, this did nothing to deter the beast as S's friends are dropped helplessly back into the angry waves
-
Screaming on the way down the slippery tube, S splashes inside the claustrophobic stomach of the creature just as the light starts slipping away with the closing of its beak
No no no - S screams as she tries to claw and gore her way out but the surface holds despite the punnishment
no.. no.. eW! - S squirms as she realizes the soft glow in the chamber was the squid she stepped in now wrapping its arms around her legs
Ahhh get off - S screams as she tries to tare the creature off from her legs but only succeeds in getting it wrapped around her arms and face
Exhausted, she falls in the stomach acid, blinded and suffocating it seems as if S has given up

Sensing beyond herself, she feels the shape of the pool she is submerged in as well as the much larger swirling mist of the wye
-
The spark of life seems to return in her eyes as her hand shoots forth in the general direction of the ship
The waves
Caught off guard, N suddenly sees several murderous talons reach out and snatch her like a children's doll
Seeing her presser taken away screaming, R leaps onto S signaling the rest to do so
Though previously able to carry R and K, the addition of H on top of her injuries almost collapses S
But seeing that N seemingly vanished out of the wye's grip as it turns its attention on them, gives S the strength to rise and leap over the edge and platform her way to the ship

Although H cries out in relief, S reminds the gang the chase is not over as they see the wye swoop in towards them at an alarming speed
Gritting her teeth as the wye stretched forth its talons, S stands up and fires an ice chunk square in the chest, sending it veering off course

S steps forward and splits the wave in half allowing them to pass safely through even if the collapsing water surrounding them hits the ship like a pile of bricks
-
But that's when S feels the boat being lifted up, the gang spot several more wyes swooping above, only these were the adults
I just gotta hold it all back. Just one last time - S adds as she she grips the timbers and strains her mind forcing the waters for a moment to locally quiet down

The Hydromancer

We rapidly pan away from her hydrosense, out of the wye, and all the way back to the falling ship
GREAT SCOTT!! - H exclaims releasing one of his white knuckled hands from the rigging as he rises to his feet and sees the mountain of slush pillowed around them
The clever girl's still at it - H cheers as he points to the huge wye flying over head causing K to leap and whistle for joy

Although R would've normally resented the gesture, it all seemed to surreal as a soft glow of ironic joy fills her eyes
We cut back to the inside of the wye in S's hydrosense where we too see a victory YESSSS in her eyes
-
Sitting up with back against the colon sphincter, S braces herself as she then grips the stomach walls as if ready to fly
We rapidly pan away from her hydrosense and out of the wye where we see the wye suddenly spasm and squawk from the new sensation emanating from its stomach
For a moment it seems possessed, wrestling against another willpower

Cutting to the ship we see the creature H was just pointing at go limp and begin stalling out of the sky leaving all members with baited breath

Cutting to the stalling creature its limp head straighten out as we see its panicking eyes now staring at the dark sea racing for its prize glance filling its mouth with screams

The flight home
But before K can cheer, the crew feel the ship lurch forward over the wave's peak
K's face pales as all grab hold preparing for the ride down before massive tallons grapple the sides

By now the whole crew is cheering as we cut to S's hydro vision where her eyes seem to cheer with them despite the barrier
But just out of the corner of her hydrosense, she spots several more wyes coming in fast towards as she instinctually swerves out of reach

Umm S, there's more coming our way! - K shouts to the wye pointing up towards the three more nose diving towards our direction

Sitting next to her, we juke the first wye just as the screen diagonally splits for us to view both the hydrosense and the real world
The waves cold and black rise and fall below us as we pull up and swoop over their peaks, manifesting an icy javelin from the swells and sending it through the second wye causing it to crash against the third

Cutting to the ship we with the crew scream and hold tight as S rolls and ducks several more before simply beating her wings as hard as she can
Cutting to a sunset view over the lake, we see the gang burst out of the thundercloud and soar over the calm waters where the following wyes shriek out in agony as arcs of the aqua lighting leap onto their bodies and drag them back in the storm
Act 3
The calm
Now wreathed in lightning, S's wye slides the gang back onto calm water before doing a loop over their heads
The cheers of K and H die down hearing clearer the wails of the creature S possessed as she gently taxis it gently behind the ship

The frost soon followed replacing the electric storm as it climbed up its feet where icicles erupt from its chest unfolding the wye like a delicate origami
What followed last was the crystalizing of its colossal wings and gaze of affliction immortalized in ice
Still shocked at the wye's grim fate they begin to notice the ragged creature with a tentacled face gracefully stepping out of its digestive tomb on a hovering walkway of watery platforms

MMmmmmmhhh heeewwwpp geefff iii offff!!! - S screams through the squid over her mouth as R and K jump to their feet and help S tear off the creature

The talk
How the hong? - K exclaims as we cut to him looking over the rear of the ship where S is simply floating on her back gently paddling in the slipstream

Luckily for H, he makes friends along the way and learns a lesson in family
However, fate leads them back to the army's doorstep where H is caught between choosing his new family or his old loyalties
Act 3
-
After finding calmer waters, H comments about the storm with R blaming it on S peeing in the river.
However, S sees that R is going through hard times and talks quietly with her about it

S gets upset and demands why R was so silent but find her unwilling to respond beyond a sin from her past
R rolls her eyes and as the group relaxes, she finds out S has been using her hairbrush
R is about to confront S about it but finds herself unwilling to break the magic of seeing the group finally bonding together
R smiles at the sight of seeing K and H talking about guns and runes with S curled under H's arm playing with water flowers as H draws her and S's likeness

R relents and helps S make the garlands which S promptly put on her horn, and on her friends
R reluctantly accepts, H accepts looking confused, and K runs and hides from S
Though K teases her about she'll never make a girl out of him, S remarks how this isn't about girls but rather that today they aren't running from doing something good with their lives.
Feeling a newfound surge of destiny, H tells the gang more about B's invasion which leads to S learning more about Kumandra in the wider scope of things
Fearing she'd lose her friends like last time, Sisu rubs her scent on them so she can pick them out in any crowd
R believes that they should go and investigate the cause because if they see S putting out the fire, they'd be more open to S's plan
However, H is reluctant in R's plan seeing how similar the fires are to B's battlestyle, but says that it'd be safer to keep the fire from spreading and save those on the fringes
Unfortunately for H, the gang decide to go and investigate the source of the fire

As S is dragged away by B H and their men, S is forced to quickly say good bye to her friends before the episode ends with her imprisonment
But along the way, H finds himself over his head trying to survive his boyhood adventures in the wild
Act 2

H is faced with the magical weather, geography, and biology in the area

In H's despair, he simply wanders admitting to weak to even quickly end himself
Act 2.1
Fortunately, H stumbles across the gang's campsite as they welcome him in
As they get to know each other, K becomes more suspicious of H, with R becoming more silent
Yet seeing R act more and more nervous by the minute with something outside, K gets frustrated how R isn't standing up to S in group discussion and how she won't tell them what's scaring her
Although knowing of his desperate condition, the gang are somewhat appalled at his immaturity, even S

K whispers to R about how S's bossiness is dividing the group in two but is too scared to tell R's dragon up front
Act 2.2
When H slips his true origin, K tries to stab H with zealous indignation

When H explains himself, he tries to excuse his actions as being pressured on by B
Despite this, S gives H a chance to voice his explanation
K calls out H for blame shifting, yet S still shows kindness to him and asking about his home life
Though still furious with S giving him sanction in their group, K finds himself fascinated with H's backstory

While S giggles calling K a librarian, H comforts K with his family situation and somewhat gains K respect
Act 2.3

Only because of R's silence, K gets injured by a bolt when she was trying to dodge his question on what's out there
With an assassin lurking in the rain, S tries her best to scare them off but is easily out maneuvered and fails to protect R
Despite running away to fend for himself, fortunately, H returns to but with a wye on his heels

With the ship carried up in the air, S tries to overpower the wye in her newfound confidence from H but is easily wearing herself out
Yet in the last minute, R breaks down crying and apologizing for not speaking up

Ep3(old)
Act 2
We cut back to H, Q, and his horse hide from the storm
Even the lake doesn't remain flat as H finds himself thrown over a water fall and into a vortex before being tossed up into the storm and lands on a small island caught in the waves

H is then caught up in a tornado, loses his horse and thrown out into the writhing lake waters

In H's despair, he simply wanders admitting to weak to even quickly end himself

Fortunately, H stumbles upon the gang's campsite
Due to the mud coating his face and red coat, R S and K are unaware of H's loyalties and welcome him into their shelter where S warms and evaporates the water soaking his clothes

Though R and K are reluctant in revealing their story, S is happy to tell him of herself and adventures
However, a comment from H betrays his true origin
Although knowing of his desperate condition, the gang are somewhat appalled at his immaturity, even S
However, K becomes more outwardly suspicious of H, with R becoming more silent
K whispers to R about his concern with her silence, S's bossiness, H's origin, the thing that's on R's mind, and the thing that is putting her on edge
Yet seeing R act more and more nervous by the minute with something outside, K gets frustrated how R isn't standing up to S in group discussion and how she won't tell them what's scaring her
At first, the gang tackle H but realize he is no threat

Only when K had enough of H and tries to lay hands on him, S ices K's face

In his panicky exit, H trips into a hollow where R S and K are sheltering under their boat
