Currently one of the steps to modern technology is having the right school equipment, lots of forms and books that are used to list out inventory and the data are written manually. The data can suddenly misplace or even lost. For future use, this conventional system should be replaced with a user friendly and more systematically system.
Inventory system will provide a convenient way for administration to check and monitor the computer system and equipment’s inside the laboratory. If inventory will be done manually, the person assigned should exert more effort and time to perform the task. The inventory will generate a report in the system which will help the user to check the status of the equipment and component in laboratory.
