Importance about verbal and non-verbal communication
Fundamental things to consider when communicating verbally:
1) Appropriatness:
This means to use appropiate language depending on the environment or ocasion.
2) Brevity:
This means to use simple yet precise and powerful words, and avoid fillers and insubstantial expressions.
3) Clarity:
This means to clearly state your message and express your ideas and feelings.
4) Ethics:
This means that words should be carefully chosen in consideration of the gender, roles, ethnicity, preferences and status of the people you are talking to.
5) Vividness:
This means to find ways to charm your audience through the use of vivid words.
Fundamental things to consider when communicating non-verbally:
Types:
Adornment, chronemics, haptics, kinesics, locomotion, facial expressions, oculesics, olfactics, paralanguage, posture and proxemics.

How a person presents himself.
2) Chronemics:
How people communicate through their use of time.
3) Haptics:
Tactile communication.
4) Kinesics:
Body language.
5) Locomotion:
Movements.
6) Facial Expressions:
Expressing emotions trough your face.

Refers to an interaction where behavior is used to convey and represent meanings.
