Future simple
when do we use it?
we use the future simple for:
predictions based on what we think, believe or imagine, with the verbs think, believe, expect, etc, and the adverbs probable, certainly, perhaps, etc.
decisions made at the moment of speaking
promises, threats, warnings, requests,
hopes and offers
actions, events and situations which will definitely happen in the future and which we can't control.

example
i'm hungry, so i'll make a snack
we will probably see Kevin at the part tonight
I promise that we will go on holiday next year
Jessica's son will be six years old this month
Future perfect
Structure
will have + past participle
Example
They will have finished the project by 5:00pm
when do we use it?
We use the future perfect for actions that will have finished before a stated time in the future.
Future perfect continuous

will have been + verb-ing
example
By the end of November, i will have been living in Berlin for two years
