        Judicial which was conformed by the the Supreme Court, the tribunals and the judges.
        
        Legislative which was conformed by the congress made on senates and house of representatives
    - - The system of government that they used was the centralisim which basically consists of having:
        -Same rules for everyone
        -Same Army
        -All the orders would be managed by one person in this case the president.
    - - The main leader in this case was the President which was Simon Bolívar
        
        Then it came the vicepresidents which were by department but Quito didn't had one because at the time they still governed by the Spanish government.
        
        The main one was Francisco de Paula Santander which had control over Cundinamarca
        
        Then there was Germán Roscio as vicepresident of Venezuela
