Forklift

The robot will consist of two motors that are the same size with the driving base tutorial, one on each side. The wheels will be attached to both of the motors.

Blade

The forklift will be attached at the front of the robot close to the ground. The forklift will be built similar to the picture.

The blade will be attached to the front of the robot in missions that require elements to change in position.

Claw

The color sensor will be attached to the robot facing downwards to allow the robot to follow the set path through the map.

The claw will be about 5 cm wide and will be composed of two individual parts that close and open together with the motor that they are attached to.

We will be using the original wheels and tyres in the tutorial of EV3 classroom. We will attach one wheel on each side to the motors.

Robotic Arm

The robotic arm will be attached to the front of the robot and the images are two examples of how it will be constructed.

Gyro Sensor

The gyro sensor will be attached to the back of the robot as there is more free space at the back.

All missions will require the motor.

The robotic arm will be useful in missions like the hydroelectric dam and smart grid.

The color sensor will be used in all of the missions.

Missions such as the toy factory and the oil platform will require the forklift.

All of the missions will require the wheels as it will be attached to the motor.

The claw will be used in missions such as the hydroelectric dam and the water reservoir, among others.

The blade is required in missions like Power-To-X and Dinosaur Toy.
