Bonding with family and friends through facetime or games
Apps can bring entertainment causing good feelings(dopamine release)
Exergaming requires at least twice the amount of energy as traditional video gaming, and can raise children’s activity levels to meet guidelines for moderate intensity activity level

Guardians can slow/tone down the usage of applications, games and other content so that children learn how to moderate their own usage.
CONS:
Children can become reliable on their devices-feel angry, or left out when devices get taken away by parents
lash out/be sad/mad if device is taken away.
Access to inappropriate sites by lying about age
Technology "addiction" can get in the way of children doing homework, socializing in person, chores, etc.
