Plastered Skulls
Complete Adult Male well - preserved skull, 30 - 40 years old at the time of death.
-
-
The nose, nostrils, cheeks, & brow ridge reproduced realistically, which creates a unique image.
Small upper lip = present, damage to skull resulted in the lower lip & chin losing their plaster coat. This damage reveals that both upper and lower tooth sockets are empty
Plasitc coat = would have protected from post - mortem tooth loss, teeth probably removed before the face was modeled.
